Est Hotel

I’ve been to many hotels in my time and a must say that EST takes the cake! Not only is the staff at the front desk including management very polite and helpful! The rooms are amazing especially clean and organized! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in the city of Toronto or even for a little get away

Very good service. Last week, we were stating here for 5 days. Staff are very helpful and polite. They provide good service. We got neat and clean room.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel a few times and we have enjoyed our stay each time. The rooms are clean, well put together, and although we have gotten a different room each time, they have all fulfilled our needs and what we were looking for. The manager here and all the staff are incredibly professional, friendly and customer focused. In all my interactions with them, even through having to dispute a payment issue, have been dealt with in a timely and extremely friendly manner. I appreciate their dedication and care for the customer above all. We will be returning to the EST Hotel for all our accommodation needs in Toronto in the future.
