Friendly staff, technicians and good service

Polite, professional and knowledable. They r doing their job with complete heart in it. Being a patient of course I am going to be nervous but I do not expect them to make my mood as thats not their job. I am there to have my ultrasound done properly as thats their job and thats what they did. I was happy that how good their report was, everything explained in detail and checked with all the aspects. For sure they expert in their job. Admin is also good in booking appointments and infact I came 45 mins earlier thn my appointment and when admin saw me with water bottle and realized that my bladder would be full, she squeezed me in before my time.

I have been going to Etobicoke Women's Imaging for all of my pregnancies, and I have had nothing but positive experiences each and every time. I have requested the same technician to do my ultrasounds and she is nothing short of amazing! She is kind, gentle, and very considerate. She always ensures that I'm comfortable and relieves my worries.

The receptionists as well are so kind and helpful! I never had to wait for an appointment as they are very prompt and professional. The environment is very clean and organized. This imaging centre is all around awesome, and I am so happy I was referred here from my doctor!

I have never had such an EXCELLENT experience as I had here! I had a very very nice and professional technician do my ultrasound. She explained everything she was going to do in detail before actually doing it and kept a great conversation throughout the whole time. I really wish I got her name as she was just fantastic and her boss should be told what an excellent job she's doing!! She is in her 40's maybe early 50's, short dark hair, tanned skin, about average height, with a very light accent. She was SO VERY friendly!!
