All the bad reviews are false, they are just whining because they originally scheduled a time that does work for them. This place is fantastic, very clean, very modern, like a hotel for sure ! quick service , very accommodating. Obviously schedule the time that works for you. I could hear the conversations between employees, a lot of people cancel or don't show up which obviously is frustrating for them as they have a finite amount of rooms so for each person that doesn't show up its a useless spot . I could hear them calling people for future days seeing if they wanted to come in asap for 12am so they could atleast do a 6 hour study. In short, this place past my expectations and was really great, should be 5/5 stars , dont let the negative reviews deter you
I heard that these places were just rooms with beds and in the morning they pretty much throw you out but this place was set up like a hotel! Comfy beds, towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner and great showers! Oh and extra pillows. I was made to feel very comfortable with my lab tech Gabby.
Only improvement they need to make is tell you the following: They put sticky goop under the electrodes so you will want to shower. They have shower facilities so to bring your own toiletries if you want to shower there. I went home to shower. BYO slippers you will need them!. Wear loose fitting nightclothes so that they can wire you up easily. You will have a tv and free wifi in your room.
They give you a follow up appointment that night. Mine was 6 weeks with a super nice and intelligent doctor. The ladies working there are very nice and caring
