Fox Flight Air Ambulance

After my father suffered heart failure in Playa del Carmen, we found ourselves with no insurance and needed to bring my dad back to Toronto to recover. We had not choice but to hire an air amb. After search a few companies we found Fox flight online. Becuase there were only two reviews online, I was hesitant as we are so used to reading reviews for ererything we do nowadays.
They were amazing, punctual, professional and totally worth every penny we spent on this service. They took charge fromt the minute they stepped foot inside the hospital at Playa del Carmen all the way to arriving at the hospital in Toronto. Thank you, thank you for your professionalism and team of experts who took care of every detail of our flight and thank you for communicating with my family by giving them updates as to where we were during the transport.

The staff here at Fox Flight Air Ambulance are amazing and very professional.
From the moment they arrived in Cuba to return us back to Canada.
Ethan and I am so sorry I have forgotten the other paramedics name, were very kind and from the moment they came into my husbands room I knew we were in good hands. They helped me through the security at the Holguin airport and stayed with me until we got to the tarmac where my husband was waiting.
Once there we were met by the very kind pilots, that did there best to comfort me during the most devastating time in our lives. I was so grateful when they offered me that spicy chicken and bottle of water with a smile, after being at a hospital for 4 days with very limited supplies or food. It was the small things. Upon our arrival back in Canada they stayed with us in the hospital emergency until the doctors were ready for us.
Would also like to thank office staff as well, the gentleman that was on the other end of our daughters numerous calls. You were so very kind and understanding, although you could not give her information, you did your best to comfort her. As parents we are so grateful for that.

Nearly ended up needing them to go to Pakistan, they had the best quote out of all air ambulances in the world talked to over 10 companies.
