Employee was pretty pushy on which phone I should get and was not very conscious of the many times I said I was on a tight budget. Had only gone in to the store to get more information about how to upgrade my phone and what options were available.

Paying was a shock - he kept saying "well give you a phone case" and suddenly I was asked to pay $75?? Oh, he charged me for the case and a screen protector (that I was not informed of prior).

Best customer service experience. Keval is the best person. Helped me alot to set up new phone. Will highly recommend this store...10 stars
