I used Gibson’s for down parka (Nobis) cleaning. The customer support was friendly and professional. Pick up and delivery included in price: very convenient especially during the pandemic. The parka came back looking like new. The service is well worth the price, especially when you consider that these parkas are an investment. I would highly recommend.

The process was smooth, hassle-free and our coats came back clean and fresh. The free delivery and pick-up service is definitely a plus!

I love Gibsons rug service, they picked it up and delivered it for free! And more important to me it is the ONLY place I have trusted to clean the very special tablecloth my mother hand knitted for me. It has come back perfect every time.

I can't say enough great things about Gibson's! I recently brought in a white sweater that was covered in bike chain grease... I tried everything and couldn't get it out - I was sure I would have to throw it out. Not only did they return it to me looking cleaner than when I bought it... But the customer service included with the pick up / delivery was INCREDIBLE! I am a proud Gibson's customer for life now and look forward to using them more when I go back to my office!

I am a new customer and I have to say I am very impressed with this business. The free pick-up and delivery was extremely convenient for me and the people that I have spoken with are very kind! Great customer service. Not only that, they are amazing at what they do. I took my grey wool coat to another Dry Cleaner and they returned it to me looking the exact same, so I figured that dry cleaning was a waste of money or that the stains were permanent. After reading reviews I decided to take it to Gibson’s and they were able to get the stains out that the other place couldn’t! Will be returning to dry clean my Goose jacket.
