(June 21, 2017, 10:20 pm)Business Owner Needs Some Lessons in Customer Service. So incredibly rude and unhelpful. Thankfully the female instructor is lovely and more than makes up for his unprofessional customer approach. We bought the Groupon 2-for-1 glass jewellery making workshop - there is some fine print that I wish I knew ahead of time, including: the tax is NOT included in this cost, you'll have to pay the tax when you arrive at the shop, some of the shown styles are NOT included in the cost - if you want something a little larger it's another $10 (plus tax), you don't get to take the finished piece with you the day of - you have to go back four days later and pick it up, and there's NO chain/cord included, you are ONLY getting the pendant. In short, I quite like my pendant, but I'm not sure it was worth the money, or the poor customer service.
(December 19, 2016, 1:48 am)I did the millefiori pendant course, it was very enjoyable. The instructors and the fellow students made the course very interactive and social. The instructors were very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend it.
