I got a Groupon and had a lovely experience. Before I went in I was reading reviews and I saw a lot of pretty negative ones and honestly I thought the ladies there were super polite and provided a nice service and was treated as any full paying customer.

I would go back there again.
I can understand why this salon would be more appealing for European customers or those familiar with euro service.

I thought they did a lovely job on my hair. If you are going in with a Groupon keep an open mind and don't go in expected the negativity of some of the other reviews.
