I had a hearing test and custom silicon earplugs made by this company and they were the most professional people I've worked with, so I don't understand the negative reviews. They sound like some one trying to troll this company. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Mr. Highgate was very accommodating, patient and explained the entire process to make me comfortable (an injectable mold had to be injected into my ears). I was shown many options and never felt pressured to buy any particular product. My ear plugs were made in a timely manner and I was so happy with the product that I had my husband come in and get a pair too. I will definitely return for future hearing issues.

These people are amazing. I purchased my hearing aids from them and I am so happy with the services they have provided me by finding the most suitable hearing aids for me. They also do great follow up appointments to make sure everything is okay.

The doctors and the receptionists are amazing they are not only convenient but also very knowledgeable and kind. I had a really good experience with Mr. David Highgate who took care of my ear. and he gave me such a valuable tips on how to clean my ear. i highly recommend this clinic for all your concerns. they are amazing people.

I have been there 3 times . Each time, I’ve received excellent, professional care delivered with kindness. I’ve got my hearing test done by this clinic as well as the cleaning for my ears.
My ears were blocked and I was not able to hear anything but after I got them cleaned by Dr. David Highgate, I felt much better and I’m glad to have such a great place to go and get excellent service.
