Situated facing Lake Ontario in picturesque setting between the Humber River and Humber bay Shores Park. Very close to shops and restaurants of Bloor West Village. This place is complete with chapel and theatre, the fitness room with resistance pool.

As a Senior Real Estate Specialist working with Royal Le Page Signature Realty, I was a part of a group of realtors that work with the senior population. I went on a tour of Hearthstone By the Bay today. I was very impressed by the location which is right by the water of Lake Ontario. There are many amenities close by such as shopping, TTC, medical, coffee shops and restaurants etc. The building has one and two bedroom condos some with solariums and balconies. They are very spacious and can comfortably accommodate a single person or a couple. Each condo has a full kitchen and laundry. These condos are for sale at very competitive prices. In addition to purchasing your condo outright, you purchase the services that you need. I was very impressed with these arrangements which are better than renting in a retirement home and better than a coop and life lease. These condos are solely owned and can be mortgaged with no problem as a regular market condo. I would highly recommend the Hearthstone and feel that they would be an excellent option for future living.
