Great staff. And recently renovated. Tons of parking in the back makes it good for large deliveries.

High end tools and construction materials. If your work is important, as in the case where if you take a short cut and an anchor comes out of a wall or ceiling you go to Hilti and it won't happen. If you are putting up pictures in the living room go to Rona.
All the real workers know Hilti and trust them. They're not cheap but if your customers don't want to pay what it's worth tell them to do it themselves. Then when they mess up charge them double and ignore their whining.
