(July 23, 2019, 12:41 am)Good, efficient and professional service. The staff are friendly and approachable. The facility is clean and inviting. The picky thing I was not satisfied with was the final cleaning of the car, which was superficial at best.

(June 24, 2019, 8:25 pm)They took good care of my Golf R - gave it a hand wash (rather than machine) to top it off!
Still diagnosing a fault and was given ample reassurance that they'd get to the bottom of it at some point - just couldn't today.
Comfortable lounge to wait in, and feedback on how the work was progressing every so often .

Edit: After repeated visits, this review still stands. Excellent service and when they can't fix something today, they reassure, and get to it at a mutually convenient time.
