If you're even in an accident and need help with your vehicle this is the place to go. Everyone there was open to questions and friendly. They helped make an awful experience much better. I only wish I could take my car there for it's regular maintenance! Everyone was kind but Dave and Ariel at the Service Centre on Fordhouse were especially helpful and guided me through the entire process. I felt so much better and I have now have a shiny, new looking car to drive again! Thank you everyone
The staff in the toronto service centre is efficent and helpful. The staff massimo go over all the details with me and help me feel peace of mind to use the rental car . He explained all the details about the repairing process and give me suggestion. I feel warmly welcome . Excellent customer service! Good job Massimo!

The claims center itself dealing with my estimate and processing the claim was less than abysmal. They would not return calls and emails and if they did deign to respond, they ignored the questions. It's too bad the backend is so bad when the front end dealling F2F with customers is so good. *
I had an accident in June. Someone side swap me. Amazing customer service. My claim was put through. I was lost in what I should do never had to make a claim before but the person I spoke to was so patient and explained step by step what I have to do.

These guys know customer service. They set me up in a room so that I could take a business meeting in privacy. Then Jerry took his time to explain the process and next steps. The adjuster Kaz took care when walking through the damage with my car and made sure the rental was in good condition!
Great experience! The staff at this location made something I was dreading a very easy and relaxed process. I liked that it was a one-stop shop: car rental, auto body repair shop, and customer service centre with complimentary coffee and snacks in a clean waiting area. They said the repairs would take five days to two weeks, and it took two weeks. Massimo thoroughly showed me all the programming in my rental car; the buttons and gas tank were quite different from my older car. Would recommend!
