Jay's was recommended to me by my mechanic. I dealt with Paul here was friendly and accommodating. I had two fenders on my car fixed that had begun rusting. They did a great job fixing it properly and im not talking about simply sanding down the rust and filling it in with bondo, not to mention that it's pearl white which is difficult to blend properly. If you care about your car and want a good job done bring it here. They are busy but that's because they're good.

Repaired the big dent on my rocker panel so well you'd never know anything happened. They finished the job sooner than I had expected and they are extremely kind and professional. Would recommend.

Paul is incredible to deal with. He genuinely cares about the customer. They did an amazing job on my Cayenne. Extremely fair and reasonably priced, and they had my vehicle ready on time. I wish I had found them twenty years ago. I highly recommend them.

Had an accident on the highway and these guys were the first to show up! Thank God for them they made everything go smoothly and were very honest. They did our repairs and set us up with a rental. After the car was fixed we returned the rental to them and the car was like brand new. They even shampooed inside the car. They did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend contacting Joe at Jays Auto Collision if your looking for a professional body shop. Our Van got sideswiped while parked overnight while on vacation. Coming back to Toronto we searched around for body repair shops. Joe was very professional and explained what work was required in order to to get the Van back to its original condition. Unlike some body shops that gave no explanation as to what needed to be done. Joe was also very accommodating in that even installed my rear port hole windows that I had ordered. The color matching of the existing paint was perfect. Joe and his crew have great eye for detail. This was our first experience dealing with a major repair but if I need any other work in the future Jay's will be my go to auto collision shop.
