Excellent customer Service. The staff is very knowledgeable and very nice people. I had problems with my new rims but they replaced it wrong brand new ones free of charge.

I was there on August/24/2020 to repair a flat tire and right away I was greeted with excellent customer service. Hassam was professional and courteous and my tire repair was done quick and with excellent quality of work. The pricing was also fantastic. I have recommended this shop to family and friends due to the fact that my experience was so great. Keep up the great work.

The best customer service I have experienced at a tire shop! Hassan took the time to find the best possible solution with the best price in a short period of time. Great effort to ensure I was informed about everything that was going on and explained the whole warranty process that comes with the purchase. A pleasure to deal with, highly recommended for those looking for tires or a mechanic! 6 stars!

I went to this location to install my snow tires and do alignment. I waited on the spot for my car to get ready, when I got the car I saw that 3 of the 4 wheels were scratched. I called the manager and he said he would fix the scratches. I got the car to go home and I noticed that the steering wheel was off center. I came back to make a new alignment and the guys broke my wheel lock. I could not get of the wheels to repair the scratches, so I did not wait another week to get the schedule, I went to my dealership to remove the wheel nuts from the broken wheels. kal tire bought a new set of locks and paid all expenses. but I had to spend a lot of time to solve all this disorder. in total I had to get back in the kal tire more than 6 times.
