We recently had our insurance transferred from our previous State Farm agent who retired to Lorrie. We have had to make a few changes through the office but always over the phone, which were always handled professionally. Today I visited the office in person and met with Elizabeth to add a new car to our policy. Elizabeth took the time to not only handle this request, she reviewed our complete insurance coverage and offered some very practical suggestions.
