I've been living here for 5 years and can't say enough great things about it! Grounds are kept so beautifully, building is always clean- including the gym, pool areas and party room. The staff here are always friendly. You never have to wait long for an elevator. Pet friendly. Enhanced security. There are always social activities going on for all ages, educational speakers drop in (announced). Being right next to the lake you have full access to the Martin Goodman Trail, boat launch etc. In the summer the farmers market is right next door-literally a 2 min walk. More retail/restaurants popping up too. Great place to live and only a 20 min drive to downtown. Street car & bus at your front door. And I'm fortunate enough to have an amazing view. :)
