(February 22, 2019, 8:21 pm)Been going there since day 1; from age 6 and am now 22. Dr. Shih is great, Dr. Ing is great. Have never had a problem with reception, and I don't judge their character if they can't fit me in, because I understand it's a doctor's office with a lot of patients and they are busy.
