My experience with Matrix Hospitality was wonderful from start to finish. I continue to be impressed by their outstanding customer service in addition to their amazing furniture. Everything arrived in perfect condition including drapes, ergonomic chairs and vanity mirrors. Complete set up and delivery was provided by the company too.
Has furniture for all new brand standard redesigns, including Wyndham, Hilton, Choice Hotels, Best Western, and many more custom designs.
Everyone I dealt with was professional and responded promptly either by phone or e-mail.
I have always received excellent customer service by all of the employees.
We are so appreciative of the amazing quality of the furniture and the fantastic service we continue to receive all these years later after our initial purchase. Definitely recommend for all Hospitality Furniture needs.
