This is a wonderful school for young girls. It teaches them self discipline, respect to oneself and others, and excellent manners. Young girls are able to receive excellent education and graduate as polite and courteous Muslim girls. The staff of the school is very dedicated and hardworking, they are there for when you need them and guide you through your troubles. I started this school when i was in grade 5. in public school, i was just an average student, but when i enrolled here, the teachers taught and the way they taught allowed me to get excellent grades, and i became an above average student. the teachers in this school are also very hardworking, and, in contrast to rumors, all the teachers are fully qualified to teach. this school also encourages extra curricular activities and holds contests, like the science fair and the school clubs. For these activities, each participating student receives rewards on their achievements and hard work. also, the girls who graduate from this school are accepted into renowned universities, like Ryerson, McMaster, York University, UFT, etc. , and hey all have bright futures ahead of them, MashAllah. This is the ideal school for young Muslim girls.
Is this the school that is called Jamia islamia
Salam to my dear fellow muslim brothers and sisters. I have 3 daughters and one boy who have all attended Madresatul Banaat Almuslimaat at some point in their life. I am very thankful for this school, and for all its contributions in serving the muslim ummah. Unfortunately the school only has boys up to elementary school level so I had to send my son to a public school after he finished from Madresatul Banaat Almuslimaat. However all 3 of my daughters have graduated here, and Subhanallah have great manners and have learned well. I am very greatful for this school, May Allah swt continuously shower his blessings upon this school.
I studied my 3 years of highschool and I graduated from Madresatul Banaat Almuslimaat. Thereafter, I completed my Bachelors and Master’s degree at the University of Toronto, and then worked at one of the Big 4 accounting firms in GTA for 4 years and obtained my CPA designation (Certified Public Accountant). Now I work in a high prestigious position in the Middle East. The reason I mention this is because after Allah, I have great gratitude to this school for shaping who I am today. I couldn’t have attained all this without the proper education and care I got from Madresatul Banaat. The principal Br. Qadri cares about the students like his daughters, and works very hard and diligently to maintain the school and its image. The teachers that taught me were highly qualified; I recall the Ministry would attend some of our classes as part of their inspections and expressed their praise on their performance. One of my math teachers, for example, would give the talented students extra math problems from sample Waterloo Math Contests. What made this school particularly unique was that all the students and staff were females and at an adolescent age this is very important. I used to commute to this school from Mississauga everyday, and now when I come for visits to Canada I make sure I visit my beloved school. If God blesses me one day with a girl and I live in the GTA I would definitely enrol her in this school.
