Great service, they were able to tell me what was wrong with my record player and fix it within minutes. Also made sure it worked before I left. Overall great experience.

I have accumulated a large collection of turntables and vintage receivers over the years and as they eventually dry out and need repair, a visit to National Sound has been very rewarding. Paul has always been able to explain what most often is wrong because of his decades of experience. If the item is not worth the labour cost of the repair, he will tell you not to spend the money which I have appreciated. Yes the place is crammed with audio equipment, a mess, but it is not a showroom and you are there for the service and I have had the best at very fair pricing.

Highly recommend! What the shop lacks in aesthetic, it makes up in the honest and straightforward service from Paul. He’s a man of his craft and serviced the seized motor in a turntable that I inherited within a week. I’ve been back for a new stylus and other miscellaneous audio needs since.
