David is simply fantastic at creating "wow" in his design and installation. He made a wrap around fireplace with a stereo cabinet in my home and it is incredible. David's creative design, precision, and precise execution of the project leaves everybody else in second place. Having decided to purchase a new gas fireplace as part of our family room renovation, we scouted a few dealers in Etobicoke. Nero was competitive on price and excelled on customer service. David, the owner, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful; he took time to review our drawings and make a few suggestions. We never felt pressured to make a decision. He came by our house three times to look at the ongoing renovation to ensure that everything was going to be compatible on installation day. The installation went smoothly; we are very happy with his recommendation of the product and every aspect of interaction with David and his team.
