like most places today, the experience is tied to the people who you encounter there. While many of the staff members are excellent todays experience was with someone who wasnt excellent. The engineer I dealt with initially was smug, condescending, distracted and completely disinterested in my project. She arrogantly made a point of correcting my terminology, failed to listen to the details of my situation and then argued the points repeatedly and failed to listen again when I attempted to restate my project. If she was the only engineer at this business I would advise shopping elsewhere. Luckily her boss was much more helpful.
