(August 18, 2017, 9:45 pm)Worked with Onofrio on two mortgages.. One at 35% down which was done without issue.
On the second mortgage I gave him a month notice of my upcoming renewal, and he confidently confirmed he could handle the renewal. He mislead me during my mortgage application renewal process, did not communicate after dozens of attempts on my part to contact him.
He ignored my calls, voicemail, emails, and messages.. only telling me on the date of renewal he could not handle the mortgage. This left me stuck to renew with my current lender, rather than giving me an opportunity to seek a different mortgage broker. Onofrio strung me along, wasted my time, and risked my mortgage renewal with little regard.
Professionals communicate and do not ignore people. This person did not act in a professional manner in my opinion.
