Paul Godlewski was recommended by my audiologist for my PPPD. He has helped me tremendously! We worked together at a pace that suited my needs and gradually built up the exercises as I tolerated them. Paul always explained everything thoroughly and then provided back up electronically. Besides his expertise and commitment to helping, he does not waste your time or money. When you're capable of functioning without his help, you graduate! I highly recommend Paul, he is definitely the best therapist I've seen for this condition.
Had a great experience with Paul. I got diagnosed with Vestibular Neuritis and had a lot of dizziness and had to take sick leave from work. Paul gave me useful and easy to follow exercises to ease symptoms and “retrain” my brain! He was very personable and had a great sense of humour. I am now much better with my symptoms and I’m sure it was Paul and his exercises that really helped me out! I would recommend anyone with Vestibular to see Paul
Paul is an amazing therapist, very professional and he has great attention to details. He worked with me to get back to a normal state. He composed an excellent recovery plan based on my conditions. He was always ready to listen and cater the exercises based on my recovery and current progress. Also, he has a great sense of humor. Thumbs up!
Paul was an invaluable guide for me and my family as I navigated my way through a traumatic brain injury. Beginning with a thorough, scientific assessment, he measured all of my symptoms, then designed a step-wise program tailored to my needs and goals. His program included education about concussions so I could properly understand the bewildering injury I was coping with. Whatever questions I had, he could answer with the latest evidence-based information, whether I needed to know more about specific physical symptoms and exercises or the social and emotional aspects of dealing with a brain injury. Paul was able to give far more than what I got from any of the doctors I've seen. Add into the mix Paul's empathy and good humour and you have a top-level practitioner.
In-office assessment first followed by weekly, virtual physio treatment sessions which included “homework” exercises to do until the following appointment. Detailed emails summarizing the homework exercises followed every session. The exercises were clearly outlined for me as to how to do them and what the exercises would do to help with my balance and “cloudy head” feelings. Paul explained the balance process and how our eyes and neck help with balance messages back to the brain. Understanding the “whole picture” helped me to understand the pathway of my treatment which Paul was using.
I would recommend Paul to anyone needing vestibular treatment. Thanks so much Paul.
