A year ago, I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon for a diagnosis on what was causing the pain and instability in my left ankle which was severally limiting my ability to walk and continue playing racquet sports.

The doctor delivered the bad news about what the problem was but rather than just writing me off, he referred me to Sarah Alger of Pedorthics In Motion. He explained that with the proper orthotics and an ankle brace, I could get back on the squash court.

Thank God he did. Sarah came to my house to take the crucial measurements and within a week, I had what I needed to resume my normal activities on and off the court. She followed up recently to see how I was doing and to make some minor adjustments so I could use my orthotic inserts in a wider variety of my shoes.

I am very appreciative of the team work between doctors and podiatrists especially, Sarah who took the time and care to help me get back on my feet. She is amazing!
