Photoscanning.ca typically scans large batches of photos for customers, but were receptive to my need to only scan a few. I was very pleased with the quick, courteous, and professional service, and wouldn't hesitate to give them my business again.

I have been using those guys for years mostly to scan very old negatives from my family albums. They not only provide a fast service but also pay attention to the details and fix broken images . The quality of the files is great and the price is unbeatable.

I had a very unusual (and ultimately very positive) experience with this company. Many many years ago (before they had a retail location) I had mailed in a box of photos, and a VHS tape, to be digitized. I exchanged a few emails with the owner to confirm what was do be done, and then heard nothing back. I tried to contact him several times over the following years and heard nothing back. I assumed that I had been taken in a mail-order scam, and my photos and video were lost forever.

Then, upon checking up a few years later and seeing that there was a retail location, I decided to try one more time. I called the store and explained what had happened. The person said they'd talk to the owner and get back to me ASAP. Low and behold, a few days later I received an email from the owner with an honest apology, requesting my current address. Several days after that I received all of my original photos & video, along with digitized versions, and a complete refund! Why there was no response to my initial follow-up queries, I can't say, but I can say that the owner ultimately went above and beyond to resolve the issue as well as possible.

I won't hesitate to send more photos in the future.

The workers are so friendly and extremely helpful. The photos turned out extremely well and the price was the best iveI ever come across. I will be going there for any of my photo requests from now on

Smooth process and quick replies.

Used my own box to send in my order of approx 400 prints of various sizes. Received an invoice for the completed work which was easy to pay online. This was completed within 10 days of sending in my order (within the timelines they had listed on their site). Prints returned to me with 2 DVDs containing digital files.

In follow up, I have asked them to delete my files from their system and promptly was told that this was completed.

1 star withheld only due to a billing error that was quickly rectified and refunded when I brought it to their attention.

Overall very happy. Would use again and recommend to others.
