Physio First

Who knew physio could be enjoyable!? After an ACL reconstruction by Dr Lopez, I started physio with Chi Hae:) I have been so impressed with all of the staff here. They are welcoming, quick to respond and encouraging. The facility is easy to access, bright, clean and organized! Thank you for helping me with this challenging journey!

I've gone for Physio and massage here for several months and couldn't be happier. The staff are professional, very friendly and know what they're doing. This place is legit! It's very modern and clean and their hours of operation will suit most individuals. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to Physio First for a while now and am incredibly impressed with everything about the clinic- from the physiotherapist Kieri to the administrative assistants Michelle, Virginia and Annie. Everyone is extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring with all the patients. I can’t thank Kieri enough for taking such great care of me. I started seeing her when I was in total pain and now I am almost back to normal. She made such a difference!
I have also truly enjoyed and appreciated Michelle, Annie and Virginia who are always ready to help with a huge smile. You are always so kind and giving with all the patients! I can’t say enough amazing things about all of you at Physio First and feel so very lucky for the excellent care and attention I get here. Thank you so much for everything!

Paul was instrumental in helping me resolve my upper back pain with a caring and thoughtful approach. I have tried many physio therapy clinics over the years and this was by far the best treatment I have ever received. I am happy to say that I am finally pain free thanks to Physio First. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Excellent place to go to for physiotherapy!

We have been going to Physio First for several years now and find the whole team to be thorough in their assessments, great with their communication and extremely pleasant to deal with. Appointments run on time, exercises are demonstrated in detail and follow up at home exercises are emailed to you afterwards. Always very happy with the results they achieve.

Given the opportunity to speak with one of the owners I have decided the dedication, empathy and appreciation that the owner demonstrated speaks volumes about a business. Chris took time out of his busy day to ensure my concerns were heard and assured me that appropriate training was given. A business owner who takes the time to hear a concern and use it constructively is definitley worth 5 stars!

Note that the only reason I am giving this review a 2 star is because of the physiotherapist Kevin.

I had called to book an appointment based on a referral from my Doctor. Given that at the time the receptionist asked what the treatment was for, I disclosed it. After rearranging my day at work in order to make an appointment for 3:30pm and baring terrible traffic to get there on time, I was greeted by a less than friendly receptionist. Provided her with my referral sheet, which disclosed the type of treatment I needed, disclosing it again for the second time.

Within a few minutes of sitting down with Kevin, who was the physiotherapist I was to see, he disclosed that it would be best for me to meet with a physiotherapist who specializes in the specific treatment I needed. Which I agreed with, luckily he has outstanding customer service and was very apologetic to situation and assisted in referring me to the appropriate place.

Unfortunately, the front facing staff is not knowledgeable or friendly. This could have been avoided in the first phone call to the clinic when I advised the treatment I was looking for. It was a complete waste of my time and the receptionist didn't even apologize or take accountability for the lack of knowledge.
