I have had an amazing experience with Tatiana, although I didn’t have a booked appointment, I just crashed in, she went out of her way to help me open a business account, although it doesn’t fall under her domain and she just started her new role.
She was extremely empathetic, very personable and down to earth.
I am proud of this branch being close to home, because I get to bank with people like her, and Natalya who’s given previously went to extreme levels to give me great business insights and hook me up with the small business department.
Kudos to this branch and its manager.
