Very poor customer service. Someone may be the best mechanic, but if you lack the ability to respect people and you have zero sense of accountability you should not be in business.

Took in my 2015 X5 last week as my brakes needed to change. Rocco and his brother were able to get me going in an hour of being there for a great price as compared to competitors.

They also did an inspection of the vehicle and suggested a few things which I did not get from my old shop I use to go to. Recommend these guys for sure!

I live in Ottawa and was working on my E46 M3 replacing the rod bearing myself when I stumbled across a small problem. I gave RMP a call to see if they can help me, keep in mind I'm not their client and they dont know me. I was amazed how friendly and supportive they were, they took the time to answer all of my questions. It's nice to see such professional and friendly service still exist.
