Robert is an excellent trainer. He's enthusiastic, professional, and provided a lot of help with my fitness goals. Robert is extremely supportive and personable which made working out with him enjoyable, even early in the morning. He takes the time to listen to what you want to improve and creates a unique workout plan for you. His advice and routines go beyond what you can learn on the internet, and it was really refreshing to try new things in the gym. Robert helped give me a lot more confidence in my fitness and pushed me hard every session, which was a great way to start my mornings. Highly recommended!
Robert’s the best! He’s super passionate about what he does and truly cares for his clients’ overall health and well-being. The facility is also amazing with lots of beautiful natural lighting which is a nice bonus. Would highly recommend him, no half-a$$ treatment there ?
Robert is a great trainer to work with. As someone who is trying to get back into shape he is supportive, informative and helps with every step of the way. He is easy to talk to and get along with. Really caters to your goals and teaches you how to get there. Highly recommended.
Rob is awesome. His genuine positive attitude is infectious. He takes care to tailor your workouts to suit your personal individual needs unlike some other cookie cutter fitness trainers out there. He's knowledgeable and has answers when you have questions. I actually look forward to our workout sessions because after every session I feel invigorated and energized. If you choose Rob as your personal trainer I guarantee you won't regret it.
I cannot emphasize enough how Robert genuinely cares, listens and executes his programs for me. He asks for feedback and adjusts where necessary. He is always punctual, enthusiastic and ready to go first thing in the morning. Robert's energy and positive attitude set the pace for my work-outs and the rest of the day.
As a female trying to get back into shape, he has made me feel comfortable and confident in the gym. I feel very fortunate to have come across him in my fitness journey. I wasn't sure of what to expect, Robert has surpassed all of my expectations. He has provided everything I was looking for before knowing what exactly what that was.
