Every morning, I wake up in the house I love, and I feel great about what I’ve paid for it! Julia and her team helped my family find our perfect home. She provided us with wise and critical advice in dealing with many issues that were arising over the course of the purchase. She helped us disregard the houses that were close though not right for us, assess the potential for renovations, where applicable, and make a strong offer, when the time came. Julia always gives straightforward advice and doesnt try to sell or buy just to close a deal. I wish I could give her 6 stars!
