We have a little dog, so a little more cleaning power was needed. The outcome was better than I expected. My couch and carpet looks brand new again. The quality of workmanship was great. He was very professional, yet down to earth. Great customer service. Went above and beyond. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Great Service and FAST response! Our son accidentally spilled chocolate milk all over out $7,500 linen Sofa! Xavier made me feel comfortable and got everything out! I even had him tackle an old stain on my linen head board and he fixed that too! Would recommend and use again!
I used Royal Steam Cleaning for shower work on caulking. Xavier was great and communicated with me all along. The shower feels refreshed and solid for years to come. I recommend their service for people in the GTA.
