Nicole the store manager and her staff members were extremely accommodating. They went above and beyond to help me during precedent time. This is exactly how customer service should be. By far my favourite location in the entire city.

Excellent customer service. Yesterday when I was browsing in the store I needed help but the associate had a huge rush of customers. She took the time to address me saying she would be with me asap & even came to seek me out in the store to make sure my questions were answered. I love going to this Sally's! I always get friendly smiles & greetings as soon as I walk in, right up to when I exit. I would definitely recommend this store.

Amazing experience! Customer service was great and super helpful. Staff were all very outgoing and friendly and helped me score some good deals on some high end products they had through a buy one get one!
