I had sewage back-up and a flood in my basement a few weeks ago and called ServPro to assess restoration of items and damage incurred as a result. I spoke with John and he very patiently and clearly explained the options I had and the best way to navigate the situation --- as well as honestly indicated that the scope of the major repair to be done was to be performed by a company that has specialized company in concrete polishing. The whole interaction was incredibly helpful and set my mind on how to deal with what would otherwise be a stressful and daunting task. Thank-you so much for taking the time to help !

This spring our basement flooded. We called Servpro Toronto and in just over 24 hours they had inspected the damage and removed all water soaked carpeting. They then explained the reconstruction process and carried it out to our complete satisfaction. Throughout the whole process we were impressed by the professionalism and friendly attitude of everyone we dealt with at Servpro.

John and his crew serviced an emergency morning water leak during the winter. They arrived quickly, accessed the situation, cleaned up the water and setup fans/dehumidifiers. Within a couple of hours the situation was completely under control and on track to being back to normal.

Throughout the process John and his group were exceptionally helpful. They worked diligently but they were also kind and compassionate regarding the situation within our home. We’ve never been through an experience such as this, so the whole process was very new to us. Their crew stayed late to complete the repairs and gave us ample updates along the way. John specifically always returned calls and messages quickly, I never felt ignored or secondary.

When it came to dealing with our insurance company, John worked with the adjuster and walked me through the process. I can’t begin to express the fantastic experience I had with this company and from what I’ve heard from friends, service like this is not the norm but the exception.

5 stars is not enough for these guys - they are nothing short of amazing. We had a flood in our basement on Sept 5 and the restoration work was completed yesterday. The owners John and David went above and beyond the whole time - their customer service was terrific. They were always responsive (emails and texts early in the morning and late at night) and reassuring. They delivered at every stage with every task. It shows that they care a great deal for their customers and are proud of what they do. I should also note that they are identical twin brothers so the customer service is extremely consistent as they both have a similar approach which I truly appreciated. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone who requires mitigation and restoration service. Thank you John and David and to your entire team for a superb job!
