After unsuccessfully searching on our own, then with the help of a couple of other agents, we met Simon at the viewing of a rental we were interested in. Unfortunately, that property had just been rented. However, Simon enquired about our needs and requirements, worked his phone, and, on the spot, arranged two more showings that same afternoon. The latter was for a townhouse that has since just become our new home! We could not be more happy with Simon's professionalism and efficiency, from the showings to the key handover.
