Super quick and easy! Jamie was my tech for the appointment and she was very informative, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable during my visit! Definitely would recommend this location.

I went to my first appointment and consult with My Smile Direct Club and it was so informative and the service ran so smoothly very organized. Big s/o to Onkar! He was the representative that helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and understanding and answered all our questions. His presentation of this product was organized and easy to understand. Onkar was very patient and showed a great demonstration for using the product. If you guys are interested in braces I recommend checking out smile direct appointments are free.What They offer are much cheaper than regular braces and you do everything at done at home.

Went for an assessment/scan today and I went in skeptical as the evening before I read several negative reviews (USA based) which was disappointing. As with most companies selling a product/service at a VERY competitive price there is a strong push to have you commit then and there...basically ’hook you’. So I met with their representative, Rohit, who was prompt, pleasant, professional, attentive and reassuring of my concerns, especially re: commitment, and assured me that I was under no obligation and I had up to 90 days to decide whether to proceed. So this initial interaction was pleasantly surprising and if it is a reflection of their customer service and quality throughout the entire process then it will make my decision that much easier.

On Nov 1st. I went to my first appointment with My Smile Direct Club and it was nothing but Exceptional. Big s/o to Jamie! She was the representative that helped me out and she gave me a 5 star experience. She was very knowledgeable and understanding. Her presentation was amazing and her presence was warming. I felt nervous at first but she made this experience much better. I recommend her and the rest of the staff here! For anyone that wants to get braces or such. I would say to check these guys out as the appointments are free. BEFORE YOU GO TO THE DENTIST TO GET YOUR TEETH STRAIGHTENED. What They offer are much cheaper then regular braces and you do everything at home! GIVE IT A TRY! IT WONT HURT!!! Cant wait to see how my smile will look in the next 6 months!!
