This is my first ever review and I am writing it for my wonderful experience using Sole Step! I want to share my experience because I know that it will help another person who was in my “shoes” per say! Ha! I have super anxiety/shyness when it comes to my feet and when I say shyness I am that person on the beach with socks on! Seriously! I have flat feet and over the years i started to feel more and more pressure and pain. My coworker Roxanne had her ingrown toenail fixed and kept on telling me everyday “call amandeep and go see her about your foot trouble” ... 2 weeks later I eventually called and went to see her and I was so hesitant to show her my feet because of my anxiety, that she explained it to me using one of her diagrams, I was sold and the next thing you know my feet are out and into a mold! the whole experience was fantastic and I didn’t feel awkward at all! Her patience is what made the difference for me! So I would toe-tally recommend sole step! :)

I found Sole Step through google. I am absolutely impressed with how much information I was provided on my consultation. Amandeep was exceptional with helping me with orthotics. It is refreshing to be in a clinic where the staff is so kind and caring! It’s not very often you come across a clinic that is genuine. I’ve had orthotics before and I had them done from another clinic which I won’t mention.. my pain was still there. I tried sole step because I saw the good reviews on google - once I received my new pair I could feel a real difference I was able to stand straighter and not feel so much pain in my knees, 6 months later I can’t believe how great I feel pain free! It really means a lot to me to be able to walk with my wife in the evening and not worry about the pain anymore or have to slow down and take constant breaks. The real kicker was the follow up call from Sole Step to see how I was adjusting to my orthotics and if there was anything they could do to make it better! It’s the small things like this that make the biggest impact for me. To the others who are reading this make sure to get your orthotics done correctly and have your professional explain everything! Get it done right the first time by calling Sole Step.
