Sunwing Airlines Inc.

Wanted to say thank-you to the pilots and crew members of Sunwing for how well and professionally they handled a mechanical issue (auto pilot was not working) with the plane on Sunwing flight (WG223) on February 20, 2020 departing from Toronto Pearson airport. We were about an hour into our flight to Ixtapa, Mexico, when the captain of the flight informed us there was an issue with the auto pilot and that we would have to return to Toronto. Once we returned, and the plane was inspected, we were instructed that we would need to take another plane. Once we departed the old plane we only waited about an hour till we were on a new plane and off we were. The new flight was flawless and the pilots and crew were absolutely amazing. Having already worked a full day and now having to fly us to Mexico and take another group of people back to Toronto, they were very professional and kind. Thank you again for getting us safely to and from Mexico. Oh, and the vacation was excellent at the Ixtapa Barcelo. Amazing staff, great food, and very clean rooms and hotel.
