Swiss Chalet

A very nice place and nice people running it. They know me by name.
I go there not only for food, but to relax.

Management is super responsive and respectful. You don’t expect this kind of care from a chain restaurant so I’m pleasantly surprised.

They make a consistent, mean bird. Delicious, easy comfort food with the inimitable chalet sauce that no one can replicate. You can always count on Chalet Suisse bringing the goods, every meal.

The service was ok but for some of us food food, it was a disaster. I had a City Hall wedding last night and choose swiss chalet to have dinner after because my husband wanted to please me and that's my favorite place. My 4yrs old son enjoyed his chicken strips as usual and one person in our party had a festive season meal, he loved it. For the other 4 of us who had chicken we couldn't eat it. WE COULD NOT IGNORE THE SALT. OMG, TOOOOOO MUCH SALT. We brought it home like that would help. I have never had it like that before. That's my first time at this location. It would have ended our light on high had it been we could eat the DAMN CHICKEN. I warmed chicken from one take away plate this morning and it's even worse now we had to throw it out.
