Great food, wonderful and obliging server Hong Ya really made a difference when it came to leaving a review about the place .It is a budget friendly place and they care about the environment too - they are straws are made of paper! Way to go Swiss Chalet!

Basic food. Good service. Wings were good. Ribs meaty and tender but not a taste treat.

Have always enjoyed the chicken and that wonderful dipping sauce. The dinners have also become a tradition on Mothers Day. My wife wanted to try the wings and she really enjoyed these too. Twsty food at a reasonable price and a good location with plenty of parking.

When the food is good it is very good but but more often than it should the food is dry.

My major beef is the fact that there is no available hot water in the Men's washroom. When you turn on the tap the water is cold. If you let it run for a minute it starts to warm and after another minute it's at the same temperature.

Went for dinner last night. Food arrived quickly. It was good and portion was very generous. Took half for meal next day. Great price for an outing. The only thing I can complain about is the waitress didn’t check on us even once to see if we needed drink refills. Plus had to call her for the bill. Despite that, she was nice so I think they were understaffed on Good Friday. I will definitely go again
