Great place! The menu has all of my favorite Korean food and vegetarian/vegan options. Food is delicious and thoughtful. They also have good quality tea. Owners are friendly and willing to answer questions.
The restaurant is very homey. The owner is very friendly. The food is amazing and delicious. The bibimbap is very yummy with lots of greens. Spicy chicken is crispy and moist. Pork bone soup is tasty as well. The side dishes are delish, especially the one with the apple. Food portion is worth the price too. This place is worth the try! Will definitely come back.
So yummy, my bimbap before it got mixed up with some of their delicious homemade hot sauce. Authentic, fresh & healthy made with love. They were so sweet, welcoming & fun! The tea the owner suggested went perfectly with the spicy food (green tea/toasted brown rice blend). I will definitely be back, even just for tea! Thank you!
My favourite place! NO MSG, great staff and chefs, amazing food! Tasty, warm (and healthy!) food at unbeatable prices. Great for takeouts or eat-in!
The place lives up to their name. The food is just damn tasty. People say that homemade is the best for Asian cuisine well this place has it and probably the only one in Toronto that I know of. They make an amazing fishcake and the beef and seaweed soup is the best I've had. It's so savoury and flavorful.
The atmosphere is a very cozy ans relaxing like an 1970s-1980s basement rec room. The family that runs it are so sweet, funny and kind. She makes all of her food in the shop. They also sell the kimchi they serve which is to die for.
The atmosphere may not be everyone cup of tea but you should try the food out. The family and there food makes up for it.
