I met with Ana about short term financing. Although she couldn’t help me because of the TD protocols and rules , she looked at the issue from all sides and tried everything she could to secure the financing I needed.

I greatly appreciated the effort.

This branch is quite busy and I hear people complaining about the line.. However, there are always plenty of staff on the frontline and the advisors there are good. There is young man in particular who has excellent customer service and is extremely good at explaining things. He makes you feel very welcome. He even offered me a cup of water and constantly smiled throughout our appointment. This is the reason why I give five out of five stars.
