We ordered a Christmas tree and it was of the highest quality. It never dropped one single needle in the two weeks we had it set up. It was like having the convenience of an artificial tree! The only criticism I raise is I question the value; It was an expensive tree but I guess you get what you pay for -- it was also a heavy demand year for real trees and there was shortage of supply. I called tend home up up and they not only had stock but delivered the same day.

This was the first time I used Tend Home Inc for a fresh Christmas tree this year. As we know, different people have different taste. At first I didn’t really like the tree but I was ok with keeping it. Surprisingly, when Eli found out I wasn’t 100% happy, he came back the same night to deliver the PERFECT tree! That was definitely a very thoughtful gesture - Satisfaction Guaranteed! I will definitely use him again.

Having just moved into the neighbourhood, I was looking for some help with snow removal. I contacted Eli and he immediately responded, had a site visit and communicated what he could do. We agreed to work together and I couldn't be happier. Eli is great at keeping me up to date on his arrival, he takes care of my property like it was his own and I am happy to know I don't have to worry about snow removal this season.

I hired Eli of Tend Home Inc just before the first snow Fall. I recieved a more than a fair quote for seasonal snow removal and salting for triplex I manage that includes parking for 4 cars. This job includes plowing and removing the snow from parking lot, driveway in front of the building and salting. I am very pleased as are the tenants..I would hear from them otherwise😁 I expect that even after just 2 snow falls and several month left of winter, I will engage with Eli and the team of Tend Home In next year. They have been the easiest contracted service I have dealt with in a very long time.

I hired them to remove the snow at a small apartment building I manage. I called them to say I was on my way out and was informed they would be there in a few minutes. I left and returned home about an hour later and the parking lot and walkways were completely cleared. They were also de iced and salted and it was very safe to walk on. This was in the early afternoon after it had been snowing heavily all night and well into the morning. I was totally satisfied with the job which exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking prompt, reliable and thorough service.
