The Grille on the Queensway

In the past this place used to receive a 5 across the board I don't know if it's Nina that's new but the way we were treated today I don't know if I will be returning.
The portions used to be a lot bigger and better and I always remember having good waitresses with great service well I would tip them according. I understand Nina's new we have to ask for refills we had to ask for napkins.
Besides the service not being great the food was good they made a mistake I asked for chicken finger salad and even served me a regular chicken salad but after telling her they fixed it no problem. The nachos seems like they shrunk I remember them being a lot bigger overall I miss this place being open 24 hours a day as now it's only open I believe on Saturdays for 24 hours. They have a big menu with some pretty good food

I'm all about service. The food isnt as important. The waiters and waitresses here are incredible. 12 years we have been coming here. And since everywhere I like, I bring a huge group of friends with me. And they all love it here. They know us so well, they made a shocking effort to remember everything we order when we first sit down. They know our drinks and how we like everything. Amazing.

Huge portions also. Only place that never rushes us knowing we have a business.

For the love of humanity, they open late!! Why is it so hard, in the city, where people work late hours, everywhere closes by 10 pm.

We come here 2 to 3 times a week!

Restaurants should take example from these guys.

Always a comfortable experience. That's all I ask.

Always a great place to eat.... It was 24 hours at one point. But now only selective days!

Can't go wrong

First time I've been there and I have to say it's the best breakfast I've had at a restaurant in a while. They were accommodating because we needed to seat six people. Waitress was friendly and didnt look like she hated her job. I had the 3 egg skillet and it was wonderful to say the least. Thank you for the awesome service.

3 of us went for a late dinner last night and had such a wonderful experience as always. The Waiter Greg/Gregory was so attentive and very friendly and professional!! He truly made our evening a big 10/10!!! And there are NO WORDS to describe how amazing the FOOD was !! Never ever have we had a bad dish at the GRILLE !!! THE GRILLE is one of our Favorite Restaurants HANDS DOWN!! Cheers Russ
