We listed our house on Wednesday and it was sold on Saturday. In the days prior to the sale, we had several viewings, all clearly stated as to the time and date. Friendly, prompt and considerate care was taken and greatly appreciated. I wasn't there for the initial meeting with the agent because I live in BC, but my sister raved about the clear and concise layout of the sales plan.
