(November 12, 2018, 7:47 pm)Went in to buy printer ink and we asked for help, the assistant asked what printer we had so he could help. But seeing as this was the first time buying ink for the printer we weren't sure what model we had and he replied with "You don't know what printer you have?" With a tone like we were stupid. Everyone else seems fine in there though. Nice staff nice store. Just one below par experience.
