(October 28, 2019, 2:19 am)The service center is clean, provides coffee and other beverages, and offers free pickup and drop off shuttle for people getting their car serviced. The staff always very cheerful and helpful. Reoccurring issues include: the length of time It takes to get an appointment, sometimes up to a month; their reliance on directing people to their website to book appointments, but never responding or following up the request; and on more than one occasion, and after confirming a list of things to be completed during appointment and final approval phone call, one of the listed items was just forgotten about (I wasn't charged for it nor did they try to tell me it was done, they just forgot).
