Tim Hortons

This has been my go to Tim's for my morning coffee/sandwich for the last 6 months or so. The staff are usually friendly, my order is always right and they are efficient. However, the lady serving me today was rushing so much that I couldn't keep track of what she had given me and what she had taken. She literally took my credit card from my hand and tapped it herself without even showing me the total on the screen, so now I have to go into my credit card statement to make sure I was charged the correct amount. I was very uncomfortable with this.

Conveniently located in the busy streets of Etobicoke. Place is well maintained and spacious. Service is good and staff are very cordial and good-natured. Place is busy but staff /management handles it with ease to keep the line moving smoothly.

Well it’s 2? Part restaurant other side is Wendy’s so we actually didn’t go into Tim’s. But as shared facilities was busy. However, seems staff to busy to notice customer sleeping ???? on seat kind of weird look for restaurant. Food was good had two burgers
