Always a good time visiting my friends at Value Mobile. They always help their customer's to the best of their ability and take good care of them. Be it advice on the best plans, phones or general account information and set up. They got it down, I recommend a visit. The lines can get a little long and the waits may be frustrating; but customer service is on point. Good on you guys keep up the good work..
It's ok I've been there a few times and so has my caregiver, nothing wrong with the place itself just so many issues with the actual phone companies so be aware of that, and treat the staff nicely even if you're having a bad day trust me on this, hope this helps.
